Merchant Policies
There is a 1/4 yard minimum cut and we will cut a fat-quarter.

We cannot take returns on cut fabric. Notions may be returned if packaging has not been opened or used.

If an item was sent in error or fabric was cut incorrectly, please contact us immediately via email to simplestitchesky@gmail.com stating the error or call us directly at 270-698-8320.

All sales are final within 10 days of receipt. Returned items MUST be in saleable condition and accompanied by the original packing slips and receipt.

All sales from our clearance categories are final with no returns accepted.

If the fabric received has any manufacturer’s defects, such as tears or loss of color, contact us and we will give instructions on how to return it for replacement or credit.

No unauthorized returns will be accepted. They will be automatically returned.
